Eat Raw Meal with fresh vegetables and a seasoning mixture of fermented soybean paste and red pepper. This way, you can enjoy the crunch. Mix one pack of Raw Meal in 45㎖ of water and a tablespoon of honey, knead the mixture and roll it into balls. For those with weak stomachs, try just chewing and swallowing the natural diet powder. This will greatly help your digestion. You may drink water in between helpings, or drink sufficient water after finishing the meal. Raw Meal may be eaten with steamed potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn and the like. Adding fruits and vegetables will boost the Diet. |
